5. How often will I receive a statement?
All Square Account Statements are delivered electronically on a monthly basis though Internet Banking at You will be notified via email when your statements are available. Just login to and click on Accounts then Documents. All of your Square Account Statements will be available there for up to 24 months.

6. How do I access my Square? will provide instructions on how to access Your Square. You will gain access to Your Square through the use of your Internet-enabled device, your ISP, your Password and your User ID. You may access Your Square 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; however, availability of the services may be suspended for brief periods of time for purposes of maintenance, updating and revising the software.

7. How do I bulk up my Square?
Once Your Square is active, you can establish verified external account relationships for additional electronic deposits (must be from a US chartered bank). A relationship can only be established with accounts having the same owner and must be able to accept electronic funds transfers.

Any time you want to bulk up Your Square, simply schedule a Square Deposit. Square Deposits may take 2-3 business days to process. Temporary holds of 5 business days may be placed on deposits received subsequent to you initial deposit. A hold of 10 business days may be placed on your initial deposit.

8. How do I trim a little off my Square?
Square Account withdrawals may be made electronically to any verified external account. Square Account withdrawals may take 2-3 business days to process. You are not allowed to overdraw this account.

Only six preauthorized, automatic, computer or telephone transfers can be made from Your Square Account to another account in any month (a month may be either a calendar month or a statement cycle month). If you exceed these limits on more than an occasional basis, we may be required to close Your Square Account.

9. How do I start my Square?
Starting a Square at is as easy as clicking Apply Now and following the application instructions. To get a Square at you must be at least 18 years of age, be a US citizen, have a valid social security number, and a bank account in a US Bank.

10. How do I know when my account is open?
Once you have submitted your online application, you will see a confirmation page with instructions on the status of Your Square. If your application is approved, your account will be funded and you will receive instructions about accessing Your Square for the first time. If we need to take some additional steps to complete the application process, we will contact you in 2 to 3 business days with our decision.
